New, spotlessly clean, and situated a peaceful and easy few minutes walk from plenty of great restaurants, bars, and cafes in Ari. Extremely design-forward and thoughtfully laid out. The rooms are comfortable, with all small details accounted for, and really nice recessed lighting. The bathrooms are massive, and wouldn’t be out of place in a much more expensive 5 star property. The pool/lounge area is super aesthetic, with plenty of locals instagramming up a storm. Generally a great value for the price.

Overall the accommodation was excellent!! I would like to give them more than 10! The staff was so nice and they tried to answer the requests I gave them flexibly and solved all. As a clear freak from Japan, the most favorable part about this accomodation is how clean this hotel is. If you care about hygiene and cleanness of where you stay, especially if you're from Japan, I really recommend this place for your stay in Bangkok!!

But front office, concierge , housekeeping , porters abd drivers superb 11/10.I really hope the hotel can perhaps make it an adults only hotel. I saw in booking.com Children not allowed but during my stay i saw 2 kids. I just hope this hotel in future will focus on adult market. I liked how guests kept to themselves and were private.
